Two amazing and International professional makeup artist will be sharing their knowledge with all our students, teaching the most trendy and advanced techniques of the year.

Meet the artists:

Kateryna Kerleberda 

Kateryna has a passion for the beauty industry originally from Ukraine with 7 years of experience as professional makeup makeup artist. While in her country she worked with the best makeup studio of her country where she worked with clients for different events, brides, photo shoots.

She also has visited different countries teaching master classes and instructing professionals in the industry.

Derek Muñoz

Derek originaly from Puerto Rico has 13 years in the field of beauty; He began his studies in cosmetology in 2009. 

He learned everything necessary to be the best in the profession. He discovered that he could combine his knowledge in communications to be creative and unique in his work. He has had the opportunity to work for recognized brands, models, beauty queens and nationally and internationally known celebrities.

He has managed to be a makeup artist for covers and fashion and beauty editorials of the most important magazines in the country (Puerto Rico); He was part of the Miss Universe 2019, 2020 and 2022 additional staff of MISS WORLD 2022 / Makeup Artist for Premios Lo Nuestro and Billboards Latino; He has worked on large fashion campaigns for renowned designers. He is currently a FREELANCE HAIR & MAKEUP ARTIST, creating his own makeup line under his name Derek Muñoz; and currently he is part of the team of makeup artists for Miss Universe Puerto Rico and a specialist in BRIDES.

Lissa Taveras

Lissa has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She specializes in skin care, makeup, and hairstyling. 

It all began with a vision of owning a business where she can share her passion and provide the best care to her clients. Diva Spas and Salon opened in Jersey City in 2007 and North Bergen in 2013. After 8 successful years she sold Diva Spas and Salon in 2015 to pursue new ventures. She has worked in tv, fashion shows, award shows, etc.

Lissa embarked in a new project at Divas Glam Studio / Academy. Working as an educator and hosting Master Classes in different States of USA with international artists. This has given her the opportunity to help and inspire many individuals who are beginning their journey in this industry.

Details of the class:

Both artists will teach 2 makeup techniques, one technique per artist per day, total of 4 techniques.

Lissa will share some stragedies to stay concistent and how to grow in the makeup industry.

Includes: Certificate, Lunch & Goodie bag (One day goodie bags vary from two days goodie bags)

Minimum deposit is required to reserve your space and the balance must be paid in cash 

at the door the day of the class.

Book in advance, since space is limited.

This Class is hands on or visual.

Requirements: 

Hands on- You need to bring your Makeup kit including brushes and Model.

Dress Code: 

Black

You will also be able to ask questions to the artists and see how they create those beautiful looks.

There are no videos allowed during their demonstration only photos, also attendees will be able to take photos with the artists and of the models after the demonstration is done.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. You can transfer you ticket to another person letting us know in advance via email.

Do you have to be an aspiring makeup artist or a makeup artist to attend this class?

No, everyone is welcome to take this class but Pro makeup artist will learn more techniques to apply on their clients

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, or you may show it on your phone.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be given unless for any reason the class is cancelled. If the class is cancelled a full refund will be given to everyone.

How is seating set up?

VIP TYPE HAS Priority seating. 

All others, first come first serve. 

Registration will begin at 9:30 am.

We reserve the right of admission.

Tickets are non refundable.

Conoce a los artistas:

Kateryna Kerleberda

Tiene 13 años en el campo de la belleza ; Comenzó sus estudios en cosmétologia en el año 2009 aprendió , todo lo necesario para ser el mejor en su profesión descubrió que podía unir sus conocimientos en comunicaciones para ser creativo y único en su trabajo. Ha tenido la oportunidad de trabajar para marcas reconocidas , modelos , reinas de belleza y celebridades conocidas nacional y internacionalmente. Ha logrado ser maquillista de portadas y editoriales de modas y belleza de las revistas más importantes del País ( Puerto Rico) ; fue parte del staff Miss universe 2019 , 2020 y 2022 adicional del MISS WORLD 2022 / Maquillista premios lo nuestro y billboards latino ; ha trabajado grandes campañas de modas para diseñadores de renombre actualmente es FREELANCE HAIR & MAKEUP ARTIST , creando su propia línea de maquillaje bajo su nombre Derek Muñoz; y actualmente es parte del equipo de maquillistas de Miss Universe Puerto Rico rico y especialista en NOVIAS .

Lissa Taveras

Lissa lleva más de 10 años en la industria de la belleza. Se especializa en cuidado de la piel, maquillaje y peinados.

Todo comenzó con la visión de ser dueña de un negocio donde pudiera compartir su pasión y brindar la mejor atención a sus clientes. Diva Spas and Salon abrió en Jersey City en 2007 y en North Bergen en 2013. Después de 8 años exitosos, vendió Diva Spas and Salon en 2015 para emprender nuevas empresas. Ha trabajado en televisión, desfiles de moda, entregas de premios, etc.

En el 2018 Lissa se embarcó en un nuevo proyecto en Divas Glam Studio/Academy . Trabajando como educadora y organizando Master Classes en diferentes estados de USA con artistas internacionales. Esto le ha dado la oportunidad de ayudar e inspirar a muchas personas que están comenzando su viaje en esta industria.

Incluye: Certificado, almuerzo y bolsa de regalos (las bolsas de regalos de un día varían de las bolsas de regalos de dos días)

Se requiere un depósito mínimo para reservar su espacio y el saldo debe pagarse en efectivo

en la puerta el día de la clase.

Reserva con antelación, ya que el espacio es limitado.

Esta clase es práctica o visual.

Requisitos:

Estudiantes de practica: debes traer tu kit de maquillaje que incluye pinceles y modelo.

Podrás hacer preguntas a los artistas y ver cómo crean esos hermosos looks.

No se permiten videos durante la demostración, solo fotos,  podrán tomarse fotos con los artistas y los modelos una vez finalizada la demostración.

Los depósitos y pagos no son reembolsables. Puedes transferir tu ticket a otra persona informándonos con antelación por correo electrónico.

No, todos son bienvenidos a tomar esta clase, pero los maquilladores profesionales aprenderán más técnicas para aplicar en sus clientes.

¿Cuál es la política de reembolso?

No se realizarán reembolsos a menos que por algún motivo se cancele la clase. Si se cancela la clase, se otorgará un reembolso completo a todos.
