Cancellation Policy

DivaGlam Policies: Your appointments are very important to DivaGlam! We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without prior notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Please, always let us know if you think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you without upsetting the flow of our day! Clients will have a 15 minutes grace period, after this period of time it's considered no show. If you have an appointment for hairstyle, please come with your hair washed and blow dried prior. No children are permitted in the studio unless being serviced. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. Sharp implements, glass, hot styling tools, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young unattended children. - There are situations of which we have no control. If for any reason the Artist/stylist with whom you made the appointment is not available, another artist will perform the service. Please remember that our entire beauty staff is talented and awesome. -We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present or a parent/guardian if a minor. -Only service animals are permitted in the studio.
